Terms of Resume Submission
AGT GROUP declares that the personal data contained in the sent application and CVs of the candidates are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
- The sole purpose of the above processing is to assess the candidate's qualifications and competences for the position for which he/she is applying or for another position within the company for which he/she is deemed to have the required competences.
- The personal data contained in the application and the candidate's CV will not be further transmitted to third party recipients for advertising or other purposes and will be retained for a period of time commensurate with the purpose of evaluating candidates in the short to medium term.
- The candidate reserves the right to submit a request to AGT GROUP in order to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and opposition to processing (Articles 13, 15-18, 20, 21 of the Regulation).

AGT GROUP informs candidates that the provision of their personal data is necessary for the evaluation of their qualifications and competences. Consequently, the non-provision of personal data makes it impossible for the candidate to participate in the evaluation process.
Access to the aforementioned personal data is only available to employees of the company specifically charged with the task of such processing, i.e. for the collection, sorting and evaluation of the applications and CVs submitted. The candidate expressly and unconditionally declares that he/she accepts and gives his/her consent to the aforementioned processing of his/her personal data for the aforementioned purposes. The candidate reserves the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time.
