AGT GROUP declares that the personal data contained in the sent application and CVs of the candidates are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

• The sole purpose of the above processing is to assess the candidate's qualifications and competences for the position for which he/she is applying or for another position within the company for which he/she is deemed to have the required competences.
• The personal data contained in the application and the candidate's CV will not be further transmitted to third party recipients for advertising or other purposes and will be retained for a period of time commensurate with the purpose of evaluating candidates in the short to medium term.
• The candidate reserves the right to submit a request to AGT GROUP in order to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and opposition to processing (Articles 13, 15-18, 20, 21 of the Regulation).
